The Melita Method
The Melita Method is not a strict diet or exercise plan. It is about empowering YOU to achieve your goals by focusing on small, sustainable habits. With achievable behavior change as the goal, I will help you identify what you want to improve, why you want to improve it, and how you can make it happen. I guide my clients through a process of creating and practicing new habits that are aligned with their values and vision.
